At Rapha Blends, we take pride in the quality of product we sell and due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that returns have not been tampered with so we do not accept returns once the products are opened. If you tried your products, and feel unsatisfied, we will work with you on a case-to-case basis via email (contact@raphablends.com). Please read our return policy below for more details.

Initiating a Return: To start a return or exchange process, please email us at contact@raphablends.com with the subject line "RETURN". In the body of your email, please explain the reason for your request and the method you would like to purse (money back or store credit). Please show that the products are in there original container and still sealed. If You can expect a response within 2-3 business days.
Status of Your Return: If you have already initiated a return or store credit request and received a response, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Our team will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.
Incorrect Item: If you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us at contact@raphablends.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order (if different than email used to contact us)
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing list
Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item: If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email contact@raphablends.com and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or store credit)
- Photograph clearly showing the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in the future.
