Returns & Exchanges
At Rapha Blends, we take pride in the quality of the products we sell. Once the safety seal on your product is broken and the product has been opened, we can no longer guarantee that it has not been tampered with. Therefore, we do not accept returns if your product is opened.
If you have unopened + sealed product(s) that you would like to return or exchange, please confirm that your order was placed within 30 days of you reaching out, and was not purchased during a "Sale" or "Limited Time" period. Please read the "Initiating a Return" section below for more information.
If you tried your products, and feel unsatisfied, we will gladly work with you on a case-to-case basis via email (contact@raphablends.com).
*All items marked as "Limited Time" or "Sale," or those purchased during holidays, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.*
Initiating a Return: To start a return or exchange process, please email us at contact@raphablends.com with the subject line "RETURN". In the body of your email, please explain the reason for your request and the method you would like to pursue (money back or store credit). Please show that the products are in there original container and still sealed. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.
Status of Your Return: If you have already initiated a return or store credit request and received a response, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item(s) back to our facility. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process. Our team will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.
Incorrect Item: If you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us at contact@raphablends.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order (if different than email used to contact us)
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing list
Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item immediately. We sincerely apologize if we made a mistake.
Damaged or Defective Item: If you have received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please email contact@raphablends.com and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or store credit)
- Photograph clearly showing the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in the future.
