Shipping FAQ's
When will my order arrive?
Rapha Blends is a small business with a tight-knit team of employees. While we prioritize speed, it is difficult to process hundreds of orders immediately, every day. We typically process orders for shipping within 24 business hours. If we are experiencing a high order volume, processing times may increase, but will never exceed 72 business hours.
After processing, U.S orders are typically received in 2-5 days. (HI and AK may vary, but should not exceed 7 days).
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic orders with a subtotal less than $50 USD will be charged a standard rate of $6.99. Domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $50 will receive free shipping. International shipping charges may vary depending on weight and destination; shipping rates will always be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Just click the link, and you’ll be able to see real-time updates on your shipment as soon as the courier/post office picks it up from our facility.

Where's my order confirmation?
Did you place the order with a different email than your primary? Did you check your spam folder? Maybe you accidentally misspelled it. If you still can't find it, please email us at contact@raphablends.com and let us know (include your order # or name and address). Please allow our team 2-4 business days to respond.
Wrong item or missing item(s) delivered?
If we sent you the wrong item(s), please email contact@raphablends.com with your order number and pictures of the packing slip and incorrect item(s). We will send the correct order to you immediately after confirming. If we missed an item in your order, please reach out with your order number and explanation of what was missed.
Entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?
If you fat fingered your shipping address or simply made a mistake, please email us with subject line (WRONG ADDRESS) and include the correct address in the body of your email. Please email contact@raphablends.com.
What shipping service do you use?
We utilize the services of USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver Rapha Blends orders. The courier/post office being used to fulfill your order will be specified in your confirmation email.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, Rapha Blends ships internationally! Enter your address at checkout to ensure we ship to your country. Shipping prices and times may vary, but they will be displayed at checkout. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.
Tracking link says package was delivered?
Don't worry, this happens sometimes. If your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, we ask for you file a “lost package" claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEX:
