We typically process orders for shipping within 24 business hours. If we are experiencing a high order volume, processing times may increase, but will never exceed 72 business hours. U.S orders are typically received 2-5 business days after processing (HI and AK may vary, but should not exceed 10 days).

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For domestic orders under $50, shipping is $6.99. For domestic orders over $50, shipping is free! International orders will be calculated shipping.

- Dissolve 1/2 to 1 cup of your Magnesium Bath Flakes in a warm, not hot, bath. Hot water causes the skin to sweat which expels toxins and prevents the body from absorbing as much magnesium as possible. Soak for at least 15 minutes for maximum benefits.
- Rinse after use. Store in a cool, dry space.
