Spray and rub onto clean skin of the torso, chest, feet, legs, or arms. Avoid sensitive areas. Avoid contact with clothing or other lotions until absorbed. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes if desired. A tingling sensation may occur during your first few uses.
